Adding email field to new byline UI

Currently, you can add name and slug for a new byline, but the list on the right hand side displays email too:

At the moment, the only way to add the email is by clicking `Edit` under the byline after it's been created.

I think it'd be great if we could have the same fields on the left (fields for new bylines) and on the right (the list).

@roborourke thoughts on this?
