SPIKE: Update symfony/console requirement from ^5.4.24 to ^7.3.0

Dependabot proposes the upgrade of symfony/console from ^5.4.24 to ^7.3.0.

Current version is 5.4.24, constraint is set as ^5.4.24.

**NOTE: There is an incompatible change in the library major version + there is a version bundled in composer which further conflicts with this library**
