Description
There is some initial permalinks documentation in progress here #443 related to Altis modifying the default WP behaviour.
We should expand on what permalinks are as well as how to work with rewrites more generally.

- [ ] Document adding rewrite tags
- [ ] Document adding custom rewrite rules
- [ ] Document adding rewrite endpoints
