Automatically Update Response Sidebar with Current Request

Where possible, it would be nice for the app to automatically update the Response sidebar with the current request.

As a developer expecting to see the documentation on a particular endpoint as I navigate, I expect _all_ of the documentation screens to update as I navigate. This might come from having used Apiary extensively where all screens update as-you-go but it would be a nice upgrade for these docs.
