Notification Settings radio buttons do not reflect saved values in database

Changing the notification settings will update the database, but the UI for notifications settings does not appear to update with this.Instead, they retain the default values. This causes a potential problem, when a user updates other settings on the pages, as if they do not update the falcon notification settings, it resets the falcon settings to the defaults.

This affects the Notifications settings on both the networks options and user options.
