Code for STS2017 for multilingual task

Hi,

Thanks for releasing the multilingual model. Just checked the [results](https://github.com/UKPLab/sentence-transformers/blob/master/docs/pretrained-models/multilingual-models.md) and I wonder if you could share the source code for the comparison study. That would be very useful for the community to replicate this piece of work.

Start with the results linked from docs/pretrained-models/multilingual-models.md and determine what comparison study the STS2017 multilingual results refer to. Locate any existing project entry points or study materials for that work; done means the source code is shared in a form the community can use to replicate the comparison.
