Enable usage with private datasets / models

I assume we'd have to do some user auth stuff here to list all datasets/models usable with Evaluation on the Hub according to the API key passed in (flow would be if user passes in API key --> surface private datasets but if no API key passed in then same behaviour as right now), but maybe worthwhile for private dataset/model evaluation
