Translate to Hebrew

I'd like to propose adding a Hebrew translation for the MCP course.

I believe this would make the content more accessible to Hebrew-speaking learners and help expand the reach of your excellent work. I'm a native Hebrew speaker and would be happy to take on the translation myself. I can start with the core course content and follow any contribution or formatting guidelines you require.
