question: how useful is funes with worktrees?

I have a question - have you tried using this in the projects that rely on worktrees heavily. What if a memory stored would be irrelevant for or even contradicts the code state in a given worktree/session?

The issue does not name any files, tests, or entry points. First determine how funes associates stored memories with agent sessions and whether Git worktree context is currently captured; a contribution would need a defined behavior for memories that conflict across worktrees and a way to verify that behavior.
