Lunarlander install requirements file issue

We got an issue by executing this line:
!pip install -r https://raw.githubusercontent.com/huggingface/deep-rl-class/main/notebooks/unit1/requirements-unit1.txt
The required packages in requirements-unit1.txt are :
stable-baselines3==2.0.0a5
swig
gymnasium[box2d]
huggingface_sb3
The error output is:

We fixed this issue by using these code lines :
!pip install -U pip setuptools wheel
!pip install "gymnasium==0.28.1" "box2d-py==2.3.5" "pygame>=2.6.0"
!pip install "stable-baselines3==2.0.0a5" "huggingface_sb3==3.0"
