[Translation Request] Korean translation for Deep RL Course

Hello Hugging Face team 👋

I'm a native Korean speaker and a contributor to the Korean translation of the deep-rl-class Course. I noticed that the Deep Reinforcement Learning Course currently does not offer a Korean version.

As this course covers foundational RL concepts (e.g., Markov Decision Process, reward hypothesis, action/state space), I believe a Korean translation would greatly benefit learners in Korea and other Korean-speaking communities.

Would it be possible to initiate a Korean translation effort for this course?
I'd be happy to contribute and help maintain consistency with the terminology used in the Agents Course.

Let me know if there's a preferred process for starting a new language folder (e.g., `units/ko`) or if you'd like me to submit a PR directly.
