Requirements.txt no longer installs without errors

Hi devs

I am running the huggingface dataspeech installation for a ParlerTTS finetuning exercise.

Currently when running the pip install, it causes a dependency issue.

The root cause of this is that there is no versions provided in the requirements file - and there is a dependency mismatch

To resolve - please provide the latest versions of these packages that are compatible with each other. Thank you!
