Cannot load the dataset go_emotions

### Describe the bug

When I run the following code I get an exception;
`go_emotions = load_dataset("go_emotions")`

### Steps to reproduce the bug

```
from datasets import load_dataset

```

### Expected behavior

Should simply load the variable with the data from the file
