Passing invalid subset should throw an error

## Describe the bug
Only some datasets have a subset (as in `load_dataset(name, subset)`). If you pass an invalid subset, an error should be thrown.

## Steps to reproduce the bug
```python
import datasets
datasets.load_dataset('rotten_tomatoes', 'asdfasdfa')
```

## Expected results
This should break, since `'asdfasdfa'` isn't a subset of the `rotten_tomatoes` dataset.

## Actual results
This API call silently succeeds.
