Outdated Speechbox in HF Course Chapter 7

Hello!

I ran across [this issue and I have the same issue/question](https://discuss.huggingface.co/t/outdated-speechbox-in-hf-course-chapter-7/135554):

[Hugging Face’s Audio Course Chapter 7](https://huggingface.co/learn/audio-course/en/chapter7/transcribe-meeting#speechbox) uses [speechbox](https://github.com/huggingface/speechbox) which hasn’t been updated in nearly 3 years and is not currently maintained. What currently maintained repo should new users use instead of speechbox?
