The link to the Microsoft Paper in Chapter 2 returns an error

The issue here is that the link to the paper that introduced the MRPC (Microsoft Research Paraphrase Corpus) dataset, described in this [chapter](https://github.com/huggingface/course/blob/main/chapters/en/chapter3/2.mdx), is broken.

**Recommendation:**
