I want to add a new section in course talking about lmtrainer, which makes pretraining models very easier

Hi, I am Varun.

Me and my [friend](https://github.com/OEvortex) created a package named [lmtrainer](https://github.com/HelpingAI/llm-trainer), which makes pre-training ai models easier and more resource efficient.

I believe students being able to pre-train llms easily and in their laptops could be a great learning experience for them and could make llm pre-training feel less intimidating and more fun.
