Bring Arabic to the Hugging Face Cookbook!

I noticed that while the cookbook offers notebooks in various languages, Arabic is currently not represented.

Given the wide usage of Arabic across many regions and its importance in NLP research and applications, I’d like to propose the addition of Arabic language examples in the cookbook
