Vietnamese Translation

Hi Hugging Face team and maintainers,

I'm interested in contributing to translating the Computer Vision Course content into Vietnamese. I've reviewed the repo and noticed that there isn't a Vietnamese translation yet (or if there is an ongoing one, I'd love to join and help).

I'm a developer/enthusiast with experience in AI and Vietnamese translation, and excited to make this course more accessible to the Vietnamese-speaking community. I've already forked the repo, opened pull requests for review, and will collaborate with others if needed.

Could you provide any specific instructions/guidance for Vietnamese translations?
