Translate the Course into Brazilian Portuguese

Hi, I’ve been going through the Computer Vision Course and absolutely loved it! Thank you for creating and sharing such a well-constructed resource.

I’d like to contribute to the project by translating the course into Brazilian Portuguese, making it accessible to a broader audience, including some of my colleagues. My plan is to submit PRs for each chapter or unit to ensure a manageable review process.

A bit about me: I have a background in Computer Vision, work as an AI engineer, and participate in a team that develops autonomous drones for competitions at my university.
