doc: Animations for depth-wise and Point-wise convolutions

I would like add animations for [depth wise](https://animatedai.github.io/media/depthwise-convolution-animation-3x3-kernel.gif) and [point wise](https://animatedai.github.io/media/depthwise-separable-convolution-animation-3x3-kernel.gif) convolutions in chapter of [Mobilenet](https://huggingface.co/learn/computer-vision-course/unit2/cnns/mobilenet) in Comuputer Vision community course can you please assign me this issue?
These animations will help visualising this complex concepts easy.

I would like to raise a PR for this issue!
