Unfinished File point_cloud.mdx

While going through the content I figured out that the [point_clouds.mdx](https://github.com/johko/computer-vision-course/blob/main/chapters/en/Unit%2010%20-%20Synthetic%20Data%20Creation/point_clouds.mdx) file is incomplete.

I think you worked on it @Zekrom-7780 . I don't know if something got lost in merging or it was just never finished, but it would be nice to fix it.
