Local deployment, unable to chat

According to the introduction of the document, I carried out the minimum configuration in the local en.local, and mongodb and HF_TOKEN were completed. However, after the project was started, normal search function could not be carried out.

This error is always displayed, may I ask where the configuration problem is, mongodb should be fine, because I see several newchat in the left navigation bar. HF_TOKEN I got it in my personal Settings, what should I do now
