Example for YOLOv8 OBB (Oriented Bounding Boxes) task

The examples currently include YOLOv8 with object detection and pose estimation tasks. However, recently Ultralytics has also [released](https://docs.ultralytics.com/tasks/obb/) OBB (Oriented Bounding Boxes) for YOLOv8.

It would be very helpful if an example can be added for this task.
