Description
**Describe the bug**
Whenever I take the quiz for the first module, it doesn't save my results, or offer me a Submit button to save my results. I came back online today to download my certificate, and I had to take the quiz again.
**To Reproduce**
When I take the quiz, my results haven't been saved, and I have to take the quiz again.
