Spain Central Unsupported for Deployment

Hello,
When attempting to deploy HuggingFace models using Azure ML managed compute, model endpoint deployment silently fails. Docs state that HuggingFace models are available in all Public Cloud environments.

Investigation shows the following logs on the back-end:
Reason: 'Invalid region spaincentral for operation consume in registry HuggingFace. Region spaincentral is not a supported region for registry HuggingFace. Supported regions are eastus, eastus2, westus, australiaeast, germanywestcentral, northeurope, westeurope, westcentralus, westus2, southeastasia, southafricanorth, eastasia, centralus, australiasoutheast, brazilsouth, canadaeast, canadacentral, centralindia, francecentral, japaneast, japanwest, koreacentral, northcentralus, norwayeast, southcentralus, swedencentral, switzerlandnorth, uaenorth, uksouth, ukwest, westus3. Please make sure to have run an updated ARM deployment with the new region, before trying to consume in it'

Please update the region availability to reflect this information in the documentation.
