Description

I am currently reading and translating the Hugging Face LLM course into Traditional Chinese, as documented in [Pull Request #991](https://github.com/huggingface/course/pull/991). During this process, I noticed that @burtenshaw and the team are restructuring several chapters into a new "101-course."

I would like to ask about the possibility of contributing Traditional Chinese translations to the new 101-course. Specifically:

- Is the 101-course open for translation contributions at this stage?
- Is the course content stable enough for translation, or is it still under active development?

## Questions

- Is it possible to start contributing Traditional Chinese translations to the 101-course now, or should I wait until the content is more stable?
- If contributions are welcome, could you provide guidance on the preferred workflow and any specific requirements for translation PRs?
