Description
Hello! This might be outside of the scope of this project, and would possibly require significant effort but - is there currently a way to measure latency/time-to-first-byte using Surf? Ideally both on wasm & amd64 targets? :) Many thanks!

Research direction
The issue asks whether Surf can measure time-to-first-byte on both wasm and amd64 targets, but names no files, tests, or entry points. Start by locating Surf's request lifecycle and any existing profiling or timing support; done would require a defined measurement approach that works on both targets and is covered by suitable validation.
