Description

The Eytzinger order improved things for Gecko's HTML parser. Data tables that are currently only searched by binary search should probably be converted to the Eytzinger order.

Research direction

Start by reading the linked Eytzinger-order paper, then locate the data tables in encoding_rs that are currently searched by binary search. Determine which tables are suitable for conversion and verify that their searches remain correct after the change; done means the applicable tables use Eytzinger order without breaking lookup behavior.
