upload-artifact/download-artifactdoes work withact, but not when using a container
Suggestion would be to explicitly call out that upload/download requires to complete the rest of thee exercise on GitHub, and when using act ymmv.

Research direction
Start by locating the exercise documentation covering upload-artifact and download-artifact. Add the suggested caveat that these steps may not work with act in a container and that the rest of the exercise should be completed on GitHub; the documentation is done when this limitation is explicit.
