Apple Watch Complication icon broken in WatchOS 27

**Describe the bug**
The icon for the Apple Watch Complication has changed is an off white rounded square instead of the normal Home Assistant Icon.
**To Reproduce**
Happened after updating my Apple Watch SE 3 to WatchOS 27.
**Expected behavior**
Normally should show the Home Assistant logo as the icon.

The complication still works normally, it is JUST THE ICON that is broken and not showing as normal.

Start by reproducing the complication on an Apple Watch SE 3 running WatchOS 27 and trace the Apple Watch complication icon assets or configuration. Done means the complication continues to work and displays the normal Home Assistant logo instead of the off-white rounded square.
