Siri now announces “Script [name] executed” after Home Assistant Run Script Shortcut

After updating the Home Assistant iOS app to 2026.9.1 (2026.2985), every existing iOS Shortcut using Home Assistant → Run Script now produces both:

* a Siri voice response saying: “Script [script name] executed”
* a banner showing the same message

Before this Home Assistant app update, the exact same shortcuts executed silently, with no Siri voice response and no banner.

I have disabled “Notify When Run” in the Home Assistant Run Script action, but this does not change the behavior. Siri still speaks the confirmation and the banner still appears.

I did not modify the shortcuts. The behavior started immediately after the Home Assistant iOS app update.

Expected behavior:
Run Script should execute silently as it did previously, or there should be an option to disable the Siri/App Intent execution confirmation.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Have an existing iOS Shortcut using Home Assistant → Run Script.
2. Select any Home Assistant script.
3. Disable “Notify When Run”.
4. Trigger the shortcut using Siri.
5. The script executes correctly.
6. Siri says “Script [script name] executed” and a banner with the same text appears.

This did not happen before the latest Home Assistant iOS app update.
