Server Setup Password Entry Background Animation Slowness

**iOS device model, version and app version**
Using latest server version HA 2026.9.1. App version is 2026.7.5 on an older iPad Pro.

**Describe the bug**

Couldnt figure out how to change password, so deleted the server. When re-inputing the user credentials, there is a background animation in the app that chews CPU and makes the typing of the username/password super slow. Once the animation completes, things are fast. After logging in, things are fast.

**Expected behavior**

We dont need fancy animations ;) Thinks should be snappy. Changing password should be intuitive - not a retry loop.

No file, test, or entry point is named. Start by reproducing server setup on an older iPad Pro while entering credentials, then trace the background animation during username and password entry. Done means credential typing remains responsive without waiting for the animation to complete.
