Todo list sync doesn’t create a homescreen notification

**Describe the bug**
The created reminder thought the todo list sync doesnt create a notification on the home screen when it is due

**To Reproduce**
Sync the todo List with a local reminder list and then create a todo entry with a due date in home assistant. The reminder will show up correctly in iOS, also with the correct time. But it won’t show up on the Home Screen.
When I change the time of this reminder in iOS by hand to another time it works correctly and it is shown on the home screen

**Expected behavior**
When the reminder is due there should be a message on the Home Screen

Reproduce this on an iPhone 16 Pro by syncing a Home Assistant todo list with a local Reminders list and creating an item with a due date. Trace the iOS todo-to-Reminders sync and reminder notification path, then verify that a synced due reminder appears on the Home Screen without manually changing its time.
