iOS Shortcuts "couldn't communicate with the app"

**Describe the bug**
I add the Run Script action in a new shortcut and tap Choose script. An alert informs me that Shortcuts can't communicate with the app.

**To Reproduce**
1. Create a shortcut on iOS 16.7.16
2. Add Run Script action
3. Tap Choose in the action

**Expected behavior**
I get to choose a script

The action should work on 16.7.16 according to docs (https://companion.home-assistant.io/docs/integrations/siri-shortcuts/)

(I'm a bit puzzled by why explicitly unsupported actions are visible at all though, and, if they can't be conditionally hidden, why the iOS version requirement isn't mentioned in the action descriptions. )

Start by reproducing the Run Script action flow on iOS 16.7.16 with the reported app versions, then compare its behavior with the Siri Shortcuts documentation. Trace the iOS Shortcuts integration responsible for Choose script; done means the action opens the script chooser as documented, or the unsupported action and iOS requirement are clearly handled.
