Description

**iOS device model, version and app version**

Model Name: iPhone 15 Pro
Software Version: 26.5.2
App version: 2026.8.0

**Home Assistant Core Version**

2026.7.4

**Describe the bug**
Following latest update of companion app, all Apple shortcuts that include Home Assistant actions fail to run and show 'Unknown Actions' when shortcut is viewed/edited.

I can find the correct actions if I add a new one, but this will require quite a lot of rework to extract plists of all shortcuts that use HA actions, copy the data and re-add all these actions again.

**To Reproduce**

This shows an existing shortcut after latest update:

Reviewing the plist info for this shortcut I see the correct info still exists here:

Research direction

Start by reproducing the problem in Apple Shortcuts using an existing shortcut with Home Assistant actions, then compare its plist data with a newly added action. Done means existing shortcuts load their Home Assistant actions instead of displaying “Unknown Action” after the companion app update.
