Research direction

Reproduce the issue in the Home Assistant iOS app using an interactive view such as the Zigbee mesh map, then trace the webview's pull-to-refresh gesture handling. Verify the fix by dragging an element without refreshing the entire server webview, while confirming ordinary pull-to-refresh still works elsewhere.
