Description
**Device model, version and app version**
Model Name: MacBook Air M1, 2020
macOS Version: 15.7.7 (24G720)
App Version: 2026.7.0
Safari Version: 26.5.2 (20624.2.5.18.7)
**Home Assistant Core Version**
2026.7.2
**Describe the bug**
The window titles at the bottom of the Window menu are blank. The tick for the currently active window is there,
but there are no titles. This occurs with only one window open and with more than one window open, with one HA server window open and with two HA server windows open.
**To Reproduce**
Run Home Assistant companion app for MacOS, select "Window" menu from menu bar at the top of the screen,
observe usual "Minimise" down to "Merge All Windows" and a horizontal line, then a blank space with a tick to the left of it.
**Expected behavior**
The previous behaviour from memory was that all window titles were listed, albeit all had the same title, namely "Home Assistant".

Research direction
Reproduce the blank entries by opening the Home Assistant macOS app's Window menu with one and multiple server windows open. Trace the macOS window-title handling and compare the menu output with the expected "Home Assistant" titles; done means each open window is listed with a visible title and the active window remains checked.
