Description

**iOS device model, version and app version**

Model Name: iPhone 14 Pro Max
Software Version: 26.5
App version: 2026.6.0

**Home Assistant Core Version**
2026.6.4

**Describe the bug**
I am unable to use "Call Service within an IOS Shortcut. When I press the service selection button, nothing loads, and eventually, an unknown error message is sent. This issue was previously fixed via https://github.com/home-assistant/iOS/issues/3946

**To Reproduce**

1. Open IOS Shortcuts
2. Add the action "Call Service"
3. Press the blue "Service" button to select a service
4. Wait for the error

**Expected behavior**
The service list should be shown

Research direction

Reproduce the failure by adding the Call Service action in iOS Shortcuts and selecting the Service button. Compare the behavior with the prior fix in issue 3946, then locate the Call Service action and service-selection flow; done means the available service list loads instead of showing “Unknown Error”.
