[CarPlay] No data after entering the car (refreshed later)

**Describe the bug**
It happens every morning, when I enter a car (CarPlay equipped), all entities shown on the Quick Access screen have no values. (see screenshot). The values eventually appear when:
- I cross the home area border (by guess)
- I use the gate entity from Quick Access. Yes, it works regardless of how it looks! If I trigger gate opening, the entities refresh immediately (probably with gate state change)

To me, it seems like not providing entity states on the very first run of CarPlay today. It waits for something that triggers the refresh.
Note, it's not the first run of HA app during the morning.
