Description
**Device model, version and app version**
Model Name: MacBook M1
macOS Version: 26.4
App Version: 2026.4.0 (2026.1862)
Safari Version: 26.4 (21624.1.16.11.4)
**Home Assistant Core Version**
core-2026.4.3
**Describe the bug**
There are several issues with adding controls to the Control Center/ Menu Bar.
- Unable to Add Controls from 'Edit Controls' clicking and icon then either option on context menu
- Dragging any Controls, to the Control Center shows blank icon and is not clickable.
- Dragging any Controls to the Menu Bar shows icon and is clickable, however no action is performed.
I’m not sure this is even supported through the app. There doesn’t appear to be a way to assign a specific function to the control. If that’s the case then this option shouldn’t be available, as it’s quite misleading that its even supported. If it's the 'Legacy iOS options', under preferences then this is not clear, and it seems has been defunct for years now. Either that, or it’s possibly a bug.
**To Reproduce**
- Open Control Center and click 'Edit Controls'
- Drag any HA Controls, to the Control Center - shows no icon and is not clickable.
- Dragging any HA Controls to the Menu Bar - shows icon and is clickable, however no action is performed.
**Expected behavior**
Execute action and show icons from Control Center and Menu Bar.
