Push notifications are not working anymore

**iOS device model, version and app version**
Model Name: iPhone Xs
Software Version: 18.7.6
App version: 2026.2.1 (2026.1766)

**Home Assistant Core Version**
HA Core version: 2026.2.3

**Describe the bug**
Impossible to receive notification sent by push since the 11/03/2026.

**To Reproduce**
1. register your mobile app on HA
2. try to send a notification with action "notify.mobile_app_xxxxx" which represent your iOS device*
3. the notification will not be delivered

*if the iOS device was already removed from mobile app integration, then the action "notify.mobile_app_xxxxx" will not appear

**Expected behavior**
Receive a push notification type

I didn't make any change on my HA setup or my network
Tested in wifi and over 4g
The app shows push id - "not registered remote notifications"
The reset button shows a certificate issue.
The issue started on my iOS device first but my wife encounter this issue too but from today (13/03/2026)
