Can't save my homeassistant install

**iOS device model, version and app version**
Model Name: Iphone 14 Pro
Software Version: 26.2 (23C55)
App version: 2026.1.2 build 2026.1712 (also tried it with the latest testing build)

**Home Assistant Core Version**
2025.3.4
(I can't update the core as this is updated by velbus, and they don't have an update available yet)

**Describe the bug**
I have a clean Home Assistant app on my iphone, i start the app and it starts "searching on home network". This is a remote setup so i click on "enter address manually".
I fill in the url, and i log in. This opens in a browser window inside the app, and i can't seem to save the installation.

**To Reproduce**
Try to add an external url and try to save it

**Expected behavior**
I should be able to save the external installation
