Shortcut to read a NFC Tag does not work

**iOS device model, version and app version**
iPhone 17 Pro with iOS 26.1 and most recent companion app

**Home Assistant Core Version**
2025.11.1

I am unable to read a NFC tag. I get the following error: an unknown error occurred. Cant run fire event. Running the event is the developer tools it works

**To Reproduce**
Try and read RFC tag on IOS

**Expected behavior**
Epect the event to be passed and the automation based on the event to work.

**Additional context**

I can see nothing in the Home Assistant Logs
