iOS Shorcuts app not able to communicate with HA app

Model Name: Iphone 14 PRO
Software Version: 18.6.2
App version: 2025.7.2 (2025.1356)

HA Core version: 2025.8.3 (Please note this has bug has been here through multiple HA versions)

**Describe the bug**
A shortcut in iOS app where when charger is put into phone it sends location to HA app to update HA with information that phone is charging (to trigger automations)

This have stopped working for me and others. When manually testing to send location within the shortcut automation it times out. Sometimes it works.

**To Reproduce**
Make a shortcut in iOS with charger in phone and action is send location to HA app

You should get a "Action took to long to execute, try again" (sorry, Norwegian phone so the text may differ slightly)

**Expected behavior**
When this works the status in HA updates immediately with the status of your phone changing to "Charging"

**Additional context**
Friend with iphone 16 pro also has the same issue
