Disable new version dialog for pre-releases

**iOS device model, version and app version**

App version: 2025.3 (1205)

**Home Assistant Core Version**
2025.5.1

**Describe the bug**
Please disable this dialog for pre-releases.
I use Homebrew to update my apps, and this version isn't available for me.
Also, this dialog pops up every time I open the app, not just once.

**To Reproduce**
Start the app on the Mac

**Expected behavior**
Don't show the dialog for pre-releases
Maybe only show once per newer version?
