Can not sync credentials for Thread integration

**iOS device model, version and app version**

iOS Version: 18.1
Model Name: iPhone 14 Pro
Model Number: MQ1F3ZP/A
Home Assistant version: 2024.9.3 (2024.894)

**Home Assistant Core Version**
2024.9.3

**Describe the bug**
Unable to sync Thread Credentials and can't add Matter/Thread devices.

**To Reproduce**
Attempt to sync thread credentials to phone by clicking on:
"SEND CREDENTIALS TO PHONE"

**Expected behavior**
Thread Credentials should be sync'ed and new Matter/Thread devices can be added.

**Additional context**
The issue occurred after upgrading Home Assistant from the previous version and the OpenThread integration from the previous version.

In addition, this was eventually successful in Android, though to sync I had to go to a different location in the app.
