Audio Output not detected on Apple Silicon Mac when using HDMI as audio output

**Describe the bug**
Audio output in use and Audio output device sensors do not update if only HDMI audio is being used.
Works fine with External Headphones or internal speaker.
Also works if making an Aggregate Audio device using Audio Midi Setup and making an aggregate device with External Headphones + HDMI audio output.

**To Reproduce**
Play/pause any audio over HDMI audio output source.
**Expected behavior**
Mobile App should detect HDMI audio output
