Live stream from notification won't close

Model Name: MacBook Pro 13-inch 2020.
macOS Version: 13.3.1 (22E261)
App Version: 2023.4 (2023.460)

**Describe the bug**
The camera stream doesn't seem to be closing from the notification live view, my camera has sound so I can hear the wind noise in the background, also in Activity Monitor I see "NotificationContentExtension (Notification Center)" running, so I think that's confirmation it's from the notification live stream.

**To Reproduce**
1. Get a camera notification
2. View notification
3. Expand for the live stream of the camera with sound from notification

**Expected behavior**
After closing the notification the live stream should close.

This hasn't happened in the past so must be a big from a new app version. I also restarted home assistant app on the Mac and still heard the background noise randomly, weird....
