Downloading Clips or Snapshots from Frigate (Lovelace Card or Addon) NW

**Describe the bug**
When trying to download a video clip or snapshot from a HA Frigate card or from the Frigate GUI in HA OS via ingress nothing will happen. This is when connected locally or via HA Cloud.
**To Reproduce**
Tap on Download
**Expected behaviour**
As it works in Safari, prompts to download and executes.
